  • Your primary mission is to identify, attract and secure talented consultants who can deliver superior quality of service to our clients. Leveraging strategic initiatives, you will connect with prospective consultants, understand their expectations and qualification, introduce our organization, and cultivate lasting business relationships. Your role is pivotal in identifying qualified consultants and persuading them to partner with us to support our clients’ projects. By implementing innovative strategies to engage, convert, and sustain our consultants, you will play a key role in fueling our growth and ensuring the continued success of our consulting services.

  • You will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our client base. Your key responsibilities include:

    •  Talent Acquisition and Relationship Management

      • Identify and research potential candidates whose values resonate with our mission

      • Initiate and maintain relationship with potential candidates

      • Build a robust and qualitative pipeline of talents for current and future job assignments

      • Gather relevant information about candidates’ needs and expectations

    • Candidate Screening and Selection

      • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance

      • Ensure timely and effective processing of candidate applications and documentation to support our strategic hiring goals

      • Perform initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, cultural fit, and their ability to contribute to our mission

      • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Senior consultants

      • Assess candidates’ technical skills, consulting expertise, and alignment with company values

      • Perform the credential verification process in coordination with the consulting team

      • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring team based on interview outcomes, emphasizing how each candidate can contribute to our mission

    • Collaborate with Internal teams

      • Work closely with Business Development task force to identify target profiles to support clients

      • Partner with Business Development and Consulting teams to develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications

    • Partner with Marketing and Business Development task forces to develop the tools needed to support talent acquisition efforts

      • Support the creation and maintenance of an accurate database of prospective and current candidates

      • Contribute to the development of communication strategies that actively support the engagement with prospective consultants and the building of a robust network of contact (social media activity, attendance to networking events and conferences, email marketing campaigns, etc.)

    • Maintain market and industry knowledge

      • Stay updated on industry developments and workforce’ activities to maintain competitive edge

      • Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance your effectiveness

  • Education

    • Bachelor in Recruitment, Human Resources, Communication, Public Relations, Sales, Business development, Marketing, or related field preferred
